Orbit Resources Limited

Godolphin Resources Limited (ASX:GRL) is an Australian critical-minerals and gold exploration company headquartered in Orange, New South Wales, with tenements spanning more than 3,500 square kilometres of the Lachlan Fold Belt. Its flagship asset is the Narraburra Rare Earth Element Project, which hosts a JORC resource of 94.9Mt at 739ppm total rare earth oxides and has delivered strong extraction of magnet rare earths neodymium, praseodymium, terbium and dysprosium, culminating in the company’s first Mixed Rare Earth Concentrate. Godolphin also holds gold-copper assets including Yeoval, Lewis Ponds, Copper Hill East and Mt Aubrey. In 2026 the company advanced plans to spin out Narraburra into a separately ASX-listed vehicle, Matrix Critical Minerals Limited, positioning the project as a near-term upstream rare earth supplier within Australia’s critical-minerals strategy.
