VHM Limited (ASX: VHM) is an Australian rare earths and critical minerals development company headquartered in Melbourne, Victoria. It is advancing the flagship Goschen Rare Earths and Mineral Sands Project, located roughly 35 km south of Swan Hill in north-western Victoria, positioning VHM as a prospective upstream supplier of separated rare earth and heavy-mineral concentrates. Goschen hosts a large mineral resource containing neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and terbium alongside the zircon, rutile and ilmenite heavy-mineral sands suite, all listed on Australian and US critical minerals lists. The company has secured a mining licence (MIN007256) and Commonwealth EPBC approval in 2025, and is operating a pilot hydrometallurgical plant at ANSTO. VHM is targeting a Final Investment Decision by mid-2026, having raised a A$5 million institutional placement in April 2026 to fund early works.
