About NeoTerra Group (formerly Altona Rare Earths)
NeoTerra Group PLC (LSE: TERA; OTCQB: ANRF), formerly Altona Rare Earths Plc, is a London Main Market-listed exploration and development company focused on critical raw materials in Africa; it changed its name in June 2026. The company is based in London. Formerly Altona Energy Plc, it renamed to Altona Rare Earths in 2021 to focus on critical-raw-material mining projects in Africa. Its flagship asset is the Monte Muambe project in northwest Mozambique, a carbonatite hosting rare earths, fluorspar and gallium mineralization. Since acquiring the project in 2021, the company has drilled more than 7,800 meters and delivered a maiden JORC mineral resource estimate of 13.6 million metric tons at 2.42% total rare earth oxide, with a focus on magnet rare earths such as neodymium and praseodymium. It secured a 25-year mining license for Monte Muambe in December 2024.
A private subsidiary, Altona Rare Earths Ltd (Companies House 17264356, London), took the Altona name the same month.
