About Técnicas Reunidas
Técnicas Reunidas, S.A. is a Madrid, Spain-based global engineering and construction (EPC) firm that has become a technology provider in the rare-earth and critical-minerals supply chain. Listed on the Bolsa de Madrid (BME: TRE), the company developed its proprietary RARETECH process for extracting and separating rare earths into carbonates and oxides. It has signed engineering and services contracts to apply RARETECH to rare-earth projects being developed by Osmond Resources in Jaén, Spain, and St George Mining in Araxá, Brazil. In June 2026, the company announced that it had produced its first kilograms of neodymium-praseodymium (NdPr) oxide meeting commercial purity and specifications, at the pilot plant at its Technology Center in Madrid. The work was carried out within PERMANET, a European Union permanent-magnet project led by Técnicas Reunidas.
