About Tronox Holdings

Tronox Holdings plc is a publicly traded, vertically integrated mining and inorganic-chemicals company headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, and listed on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker TROX. One of the world’s leading producers of titanium dioxide pigment, specialty titanium dioxide products, high-purity titanium chemicals and zircon, Tronox mines titanium-bearing mineral sands and operates upgrading facilities producing high-grade titanium feedstock, pig iron and other minerals. Its mineral-sands operations and tailings in South Africa and Australia contain significant quantities of monazite, a phosphate mineral rich in rare-earth elements such as cerium, lanthanum, neodymium and praseodymium, positioning the company as a potential rare-earth feedstock supplier. Tronox joined the Global Rare Earth Industry Association, reflecting its strategic interest in monetizing rare-earth byproducts. The company employs roughly 6,500 people across six continents and has been restructuring its global pigment footprint, including announcing the closure of a pigment plant in China.
