Originally a manufacturer of power cables, overhead conductors and communication cables with major operations in Vietnam, the company has moved into the rare earth value chain. In March 2026 it signed a framework agreement with Lynas Rare Earths to work toward a definitive agreement for a rare earth metals plant in Vietnam that would convert Lynas oxides into metal for permanent magnets.
