About Tusaar
Tusaar Corp is a Colorado-based critical-minerals technology company commercializing a proprietary rare-earth extraction and mixed rare-earth-oxide (REO) production process applicable to both virgin ores and secondary feedstocks. Headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado, USA, and founded by CEO Gautam Khanna, Tusaar operates a U.S. Department of Defense-funded pilot facility recovering rare earth elements from mine tailings and waste streams. The company has demonstrated recovery of REEs from diverse sources including coal fly ash, geothermal brines, recycled fluorescent lamps and permanent magnets, reporting recovery rates exceeding 95%. Tusaar targets neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and other elements used in permanent magnets. A member of the Global Rare Earth Industry Association, the company has advanced plans for a Denver-area rare-earth recycling plant to help reduce U.S. dependence on Chinese supply by extracting critical materials from domestic waste and unconventional sources.
