Located in the Baotou Rare Earth High-Tech Industrial Zone, Yunsheng Strong Magnetic operates at the heart of China’s permanent magnet supply chain—producing high-performance neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) materials critical to electric vehicles, defense systems, wind turbines, and consumer electronics. “Yunsheng Strong Magnetic” specializes in the production of semi-finished NdFeB magnets. They are part of the larger Ningbo Yunsheng Co., Ltd.. The company has a strong focus on rare-earth permanent magnet materials and is involved in the development of various magnetic products.
What the Rating Means
The 2024 MIIT assessment marks the Chinese government’s effort to standardize and elevate manufacturing quality across key sectors. The evaluation system includes four top-tier metrics—effectiveness of quality systems, digitalization, continuous improvement capacity, and quality performance—broken down into 30 sub-indicators. Companies are rated across five levels: Experience, Tested, Guaranteed, Preventive, and Excellence.
Yunsheng’s “Tested Level” status confirms that the company has:
