ACDC Metals Limited (ASX: ADC) is an Australian mineral exploration and rare-earth technology company headquartered in Melbourne, Victoria, and listed on the ASX in January 2024. ACDC is building a mine-to-market critical-metals business focused on heavy mineral sands (HMS) and rare earth elements across more than 2,500 square kilometres of tenements on the eastern edge of the Murray Basin in Victoria. Its project portfolio includes the Goschen Central, Douglas, Watchem and Watchem North projects, prospective for the rare-earth-bearing minerals monazite and xenotime alongside zircon and titanium HMS products. The company is developing proprietary downstream processing technology to extract rare earths from monazite and produce a mixed rare earth oxide (MREO), targeting magnet elements such as neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and terbium. In 2026 ACDC completed drilling programs across its core Victorian projects to advance resource definition.
