Advanced Technology & Materials (AT&M)

Advanced Technology & Materials Co., Ltd. (安泰科技股份有限公司, AT&M, SZSE 000969) is a Beijing-based materials company controlled by China Iron & Steel Research Technology Group (CISRI), a central state-owned enterprise that holds 34.68%. Its businesses span powder metallurgy and refractory metals, functional materials and special steels. Rare earth permanent magnets, mainly NdFeB magnets and assemblies, sit in the functional-materials segment and are organized across Beijing, Shandong, Inner Mongolia and Jiangsu. The 2025 annual report says acquisitions and joint ventures, including Antai Northern Technology in Inner Mongolia, gave it a rare earth magnet business on a 10,000-metric-ton scale. The magnet unit reported 2025 revenue of RMB 1.96 billion. AT&M also develops NdFeB magnets with high cerium content.
