About Astron Limited
Astron Corporation Limited (ASX:ATR; OTC:ATRNF) is an Australian rare-earth and mineral-sands developer with over 35 years of operating history in mineral-sands processing. Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, Astron’s flagship asset is the Donald Rare Earth and Mineral Sands Project in the Wimmera region of Victoria, one of the country’s most advanced critical-mineral developments. The shallow, long-life Donald deposit hosts a large resource grading heavy minerals and a valuable assemblage of heavy rare earths such as dysprosium and terbium, alongside the world’s largest new source of zircon. Astron is developing Donald through a joint venture with U.S.-based Energy Fuels Inc., which can earn up to a 49% interest by funding development and contributing shares. In October 2025, Export Finance Australia issued a conditional letter of support for up to A$80 million in senior debt financing, with first production targeted from the second half of 2027 producing roughly 7,200 tonnes of rare-earth concentrate annually.
The company is listed on the ASX as Astron Limited (ASX: ATR). Its FY2026 annual report gives its office as Level 10, 224 Queen Street, Melbourne.
