About Chemours
The Chemours Company is a publicly traded global chemistry company headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, and listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: CC). Chemours operates three businesses: Titanium Technologies (Ti-Pure titanium dioxide pigments), Thermal & Specialized Solutions, and Advanced Performance Materials. Through its mineral sands mining operations in Florida and Georgia, Chemours is the only U.S. domestic producer of titanium and zirconium minerals and one of only two domestic producers of rare-earth minerals, extracting concentrated deposits of titanium, zircon, monazite, and staurolite through low-impact surface mining. In March 2025, Chemours formed a strategic alliance with Energy Fuels Inc. to build a domestic U.S. supply chain for rare earths and critical minerals, leveraging monazite as a rare-earth feedstock. The company continues to expand its mineral sands footprint, including a sand mine in Clay County, Florida, strengthening its position in the U.S. critical-minerals and rare-earth value chain.
