China Rare Earth Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. (中稀有色金属股份有限公司, SSE 600259) mines, separates and processes rare earths and trades nonferrous metals. Formerly Rising Nonferrous Metals Share Co., Ltd. (广晟有色), it registered the new name in December 2025, and its stock short name changed on December 31, 2025. Its 2025 annual report names Guangdong Rare Earth Industry Group as controlling shareholder and China Rare Earth Group as actual controller. Registered in Haikou, Hainan, with offices in Guangzhou, it says it is the only legal holder of rare earth mining rights in Guangdong province. Its units include three rare earth mining companies, three separation companies and two magnet companies; magnet unit Shengyuan expects sintered NdFeB blank capacity of 4,000 metric tons a year in the second half of 2026. It also mines tungsten.
