China Rare Earth Resources and Technology Co., Ltd. (中国稀土集团资源科技股份有限公司, SZSE 000831) is based in Ganzhou, Jiangxi, and describes itself as the core listed platform of China Rare Earth Group. Its 2025 annual report names China Rare Earth Group as actual controller; group unit China Rare Earth Group Industrial Development holds 22.17% as controlling shareholder. The company mines ion-adsorption rare earth ore through Hunan Rare Earth, which the report says holds the only ionic rare earth mining license in Hunan province, and runs separation plants that can separate all 15 rare earth elements from ion-adsorption concentrate.
