Critica Limited

Critica Limited (ASX: CRI) is a mineral exploration and development company with its principal and registered office in West Perth, Western Australia. Its rare earth focus is the Jupiter clay-hosted deposit within its 100%-owned Brothers Project, about 1,356 square kilometers of granted tenure in Western Australia’s Mid-West, in the Mt Magnet and Yalgoo district. A February 2025 maiden estimate gave Jupiter an Inferred Resource of 1.8 billion tonnes at 1,700 ppm total rare earth oxides (TREO) at a 1,000 ppm cut-off; Critica says neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and terbium oxides make up about 23% of TREO. Critica targeted a Jupiter scoping study for the third quarter of 2026. It also holds the Mt Lindsay tin-tungsten project in north-west Tasmania, for which it released a scoping study in September 2026.
