About European Lithium
European Lithium Limited (ASX:EUR; FSE:PF8) is an Australian-headquartered lithium exploration and development company advancing the wholly owned Wolfsberg Lithium Project in Carinthia, Austria, roughly 270 km south of Vienna. Wolfsberg is one of the most advanced hard-rock lithium projects in Europe and is positioned to supply battery-grade lithium hydroxide into the European electric-vehicle and energy-storage supply chain, reducing the region’s dependence on imported critical minerals. A definitive feasibility study outlined estimated capital expenditure of approximately US$866 million supporting a post-tax net present value of around US$1.5 billion. European Lithium is combining its lithium assets into Critical Metals Corp (Nasdaq:CRML) and also holds interests in the Tanbreez rare earth project in Greenland, broadening its critical-minerals footprint. The company is headquartered in Perth, Western Australia.
European Lithium is subject to schemes under which Critical Metals Corp. would acquire 100% of the company; the scheme booklet was dispatched in September 2026.
