GBM Resources Limited (ASX:GBM) is a Perth-based mineral exploration and development company, with projects in Queensland, focused on the discovery and development of gold and copper deposits in eastern Australia. The company holds tenements covering more than 4,300 square kilometres across multiple project areas in Queensland and Victoria. Its flagship Drummond Basin gold projects in Queensland, comprising Mount Coolon, Yandan and Twin Hills, host approximately 1.5 million ounces of gold in JORC-compliant resources. GBM’s broader portfolio includes the Mount Morgan gold-copper project, the Cloncurry iron-oxide-copper-gold project and the White Dam project. While GBM is principally a gold and copper explorer rather than a dedicated rare earths producer, its assets sit within the critical and precious metals space supporting Australia’s resources sector. In October 2025 the company agreed to divest its Millstream Resources subsidiary to Pacgold Limited for A$4.8 million as it sharpened its project focus.
