Guangxi Critical Metals Industry Development Group Co., Ltd. (广西关键金属产业发展集团有限公司) is a Guangxi provincial state-owned enterprise founded in January 2026 with registered capital of RMB 4.215 billion. Its registered seat is in Hechi, Guangxi, and it was unveiled in Nanning in March 2026. It is the indirect controlling shareholder of SSE-listed Guangxi Huaxi Non-ferrous Metals (600301), whose portfolio is tin, antimony and indium. On September 18, 2026, China Minmetals announced it would take 51% of the group through a capital injection.
REEx has found no rare earth operations in the group. China Rare Earth Group’s Guangxi rare earth assets sit outside it. REEx lists it as an adjacent critical-minerals company.
