Idaho Strategic Resources (NYSE American: IDR) is a United States gold producer and rare earth element developer headquartered in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. The company combines a ‘production-backed exploration’ model, funding critical-minerals development with cash flow from its operating Golden Chest Mine, and controls what it describes as the largest rare earth elements land package in the United States within the Idaho REE-Thorium Belt.

IDR’s rare earth portfolio centers on the Lemhi Pass, Diamond Creek and Mineral Hill projects, where it has identified carbonatite-hosted REE mineralization including a discovery at the Lucky Horseshoe prospect. The company advances exploration of light and heavy rare earth elements such as neodymium, praseodymium and dysprosium while expanding gold output and a copper project at Oxford.
