About IperionX
IperionX Limited (NASDAQ: IPX; ASX: IPX) is an American titanium metal and critical materials company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, using patented technologies to produce high-performance titanium alloys from minerals or scrap at lower energy, cost and carbon. The company is re-shoring a domestic U.S. titanium supply chain while also developing a source of rare earth elements.
IperionX’s Titan Critical Minerals Project in Tennessee is described as the largest JORC-compliant resource of titanium, zircon and rare earth mineral sands in the United States. A U.S. government-supported Definitive Feasibility Study confirmed Titan as a large-scale, high-return operation designed to produce titanium minerals, zircon and a heavy rare earth concentrate, delivering an after-tax NPV of around US$813 million over an initial 14-year mine plan. By recovering heavy rare earth elements alongside titanium feedstock, IperionX supports U.S. aerospace, defense, automotive and advanced manufacturing supply chains.
