Northern Zhongxin Antai New Materials (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd. (北方中鑫安泰新材料(内蒙古)有限公司), formerly Baotou Zhongxin Antai Magnetic Industry, is a rare earth metals and alloys manufacturer founded in 2017 and headquartered in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. In 2024 China Northern Rare Earth acquired 40% of the company, became its largest shareholder and consolidated it as a subsidiary. The company is not related to CITIC or to Advanced Technology & Materials (AT&M). It produces rare-earth metals and specialty alloys, including gadolinium-iron (GdFe) alloy, used in magnetic materials, medical imaging, nuclear systems, industrial sensors, thermal management and defense-related applications.
