Asarian Energy Limited (formerly Forsys Metals)

Forsys Metals Corp. (TSX:FSY; FSE:F2T; NSX:FSY) is a uranium exploration and development company focused on advancing its 100%-owned Norasa Uranium Project in Namibia, a politically stable, established mining jurisdiction. Norasa comprises the Valencia uranium deposit, which holds a granted Mining Licence (ML-149) valid to 2033, and the adjacent Namibplaas deposit on exclusive prospecting licence EPL-3638. Extensive work from 2006 to 2015 included close to 290,000 metres of drilling, supporting a 2015 definitive feasibility study that outlined a long-life operation producing approximately 77.8 million pounds of uranium oxide (U3O8). The project hosts proven and probable reserves of about 91 million pounds and measured and indicated resources of roughly 115 million pounds U3O8. Forsys is reassessing the feasibility study to improve economics through optimized pit design and potential heap-leach processing, positioning Norasa to supply uranium for clean nuclear energy. The company is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.

Forsys Metals Corp. now operates as Asarian Energy Limited and trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange as ARN from August 12, 2026.
