About Baoti Group
Baoti Group Co., Ltd. is a Chinese state-owned critical-minerals and advanced-materials enterprise headquartered in the Baoji High-Tech Development Zone, Shaanxi Province, and controlled by Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals Holding Group. Established in 2005 around China’s titanium-industry heritage, Baoti is the country’s largest and most comprehensive producer of titanium and titanium alloys, with output ranking first in the world and accounting for more than 40% of China’s total titanium production. The group operates across the full supply chain from titanium sponge to finished mill products, and also produces zirconium and hafnium-strategic and critical metals.
Baoti controls listed subsidiary Baoji Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. (SSE: 600456), China’s first listed titanium company, and Baose Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 300402). Its titanium supplies major national projects including the C919 aircraft and deep-sea submersibles, with defence-grade titanium meeting the bulk of China’s military demand.
