About Brazilian Critical Minerals

Brazilian Critical Minerals Limited (ASX: BCM) is an Australian-listed rare-earth and critical-minerals company exploring and developing ionic-clay rare earth and platinum-group element projects in northern Brazil. Its 100%-owned flagship Ema Ionic Clay Rare Earth Project, in south-eastern Amazonas state’s Apui region, is one of the largest ionic-clay rare-earth deposits outside China, with a mineral resource exceeding one billion tonnes and strong magnet rare-earth oxide (neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and terbium) recoveries.

Ema is designed as a low-cost in-situ recovery (ISR) operation using a magnesium-sulphate lixiviant. In 2025-26 the company delivered a bankable feasibility study outlining a post-tax NPV of about US$1.47 billion and stage-one capital of around US$74 million, and received National Mining Agency approval of its final exploration reports, advancing the asset toward mining-permit application.
