About Hastings Technology Metals
Hastings Technology Metals Limited is an Australian rare-earths developer listed on the ASX (HAS) and headquartered in Perth, Western Australia. The company is advancing its 100%-owned Yangibana Rare Earths Project in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia, one of the world’s higher-grade neodymium-praseodymium (NdPr) deposits, with an NdPr-to-total-rare-earth-oxide ratio reaching up to 52% in parts of the orebody. Yangibana comprises multiple mining leases and exploration tenements and is planned to produce a mixed rare-earth carbonate and NdPr concentrate for permanent-magnet supply chains serving electric vehicles, wind turbines and defense applications. Hastings also holds a strategic shareholding linked to magnet maker Neo Performance Materials. As a pure-play upstream miner, the micro-cap company is working to bring Stage 1 concentrate production online and establish itself as a Western source of critical magnet rare earths.
