Technoinvest Alliance

Technoinvest Alliance is a privately held Russian critical-minerals developer advancing the Zashikhinskoye rare-metal and rare-earth deposit in the Irkutsk region of Eastern Siberia. The project targets tantalum and niobium along with rare-earth oxides, positioning the company as an upstream producer of strategic metals used in electronics, aerospace and high-strength alloys. Technoinvest Alliance has been associated with Russian steel-pipe maker ChelPipe (Chelyabinsk Pipe Plant) interests as a project backer. The Zashikhinskoye deposit is one of Russia’s notable hard-rock rare-metal resources and forms part of the country’s broader push to build a domestic rare-earth and rare-metal supply chain to reduce reliance on imports. Development plans have centered on mining and processing the ore to produce niobium, tantalum and separated rare-earth products for industrial and defense applications.
