About Traxys North America LLC
Traxys North America LLC is the U.S. subsidiary of the Traxys group, a physical commodity trader and merchant in metals and natural resources that is headquartered in Luxembourg. A Delaware limited liability company, it has its headquarters at 299 Park Avenue in New York and a second office in Stamford, Connecticut. In February 2026 Traxys North America announced a strategic partnership with Phoenix Tailings, under which it will partner with Phoenix on global feedstock sourcing and downstream metal sales, and said it had invested in Phoenix’s financing round. In May 2026 Traxys North America signed a binding offtake term sheet with Arafura Rare Earths for 500 tpa of NdPr oxide and 7.5 tpa of DyTb oxide from the Nolans Project in Australia, subject to conditions precedent including long-form documentation and a final investment decision on Nolans. The term sheet is separate from Traxys Europe’s March 2025 offtake agreement with Arafura.
