About Energy Transition Minerals
Energy Transition Minerals Ltd (ASX: ETM), formerly Greenland Minerals Limited, is an Australian rare-earth and critical-minerals exploration and development company. Its principal asset is the Kvanefjeld Project in southern Greenland, a multi-element deposit hosting rare-earth elements, zinc and uranium within the Ilimaussaq intrusive complex, with more than one billion tonnes of JORC-compliant mineral resources across the Kvanefjeld, Sorensen and Zone 3 areas. The company also holds the Penouta and Villasrubias projects in Spain and lithium projects in the James Bay region of Canada. In 2026 Energy Transition Minerals reported the discovery of ten new rare-earth target zones at Kvanefjeld, including a 1.8-kilometre trend rich in heavy rare earths dysprosium and terbium with low uranium. However, the Greenland government has signalled that the Kvanefjeld exploration licence may not be extended under current legislation, creating significant regulatory uncertainty over the flagship project.
