About Metallium Limited
Metallium Limited (ASX: MTM; OTCQX: MTMCF), formerly MTM Critical Metals, is an Australian-listed critical-minerals and metals-recovery company deploying patented Flash Joule Heating (FJH) technology to extract critical, strategic, and precious metals. Its FJH process enables single-step recovery of antimony, gallium, germanium, indium, gold, and rare-earth elements from electronic waste and mineral concentrates without smelting or acids. Through its U.S. subsidiary Flash Metals USA, the company is building a scalable processing facility in Texas positioned as one of the few near-term, non-Chinese commercial-scale processing solutions in the United States. Metallium also holds gold and rare-earth exploration projects in Australia and Canada, including the West Arunta, Pomme, East Laverton, and Mt Monger projects. The company welcomed the 2025 United States-Australia critical-minerals framework. Its market capitalisation fluctuated sharply during 2026, standing near US$200 million by mid-year, reflecting its early-stage technology-commercialisation profile.
