About Stellantis
Stellantis N.V. is a multinational automotive manufacturer incorporated in the Netherlands, with its corporate seat in Amsterdam and principal executive offices in Hoofddorp (Taurusavenue 1). It is listed on the NYSE, Euronext Paris and Borsa Italiana (ticker STLA). Formed from the 2021 merger of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Groupe PSA, it owns brands including Jeep, Ram, Peugeot, Citroën, Fiat, Opel, Chrysler and Dodge. Stellantis lists rare earths among the raw materials it purchases. In September 2024 Stellantis Auto SAS signed a long-term sales agreement with Carester for over 3,400 metric tons of neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and terbium oxides over an initial ten years, 36% of them recycled. Stellantis also signed a non-binding rare-earth offtake term sheet with NioCorp, developer of the Elk Creek project, in 2023; NioCorp says there is no assurance a binding offtake agreement will be reached.
