About Critical Metals Corp
Critical Metals Corp. (Nasdaq: CRML) is a mining development company focused on critical metals and rare earths for Europe and Western-aligned markets, with a corporate base in New York. Its flagship asset is the Tanbreez Project in southern Greenland, regarded as one of the world’s largest rare-earth deposits, notably rich in heavy rare-earth elements, in which the company holds a majority interest following Greenland government approvals lifting its stake to about 92.5%.
Critical Metals also owns the fully permitted Wolfsberg Lithium Project in Carinthia, Austria, positioned as a future European lithium supplier. In 2026 the company approved a US$30 million acceleration programme to fast-track Tanbreez toward first ore production around 2028-2029 and secured a US$120 million letter of interest from the U.S. EXIM Bank, underscoring its role in building a secure Western rare-earth and lithium supply chain.
