About Lindian Resources Limited
Lindian Resources Limited is an Australian critical-minerals company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: LIN) and headquartered in Perth, Western Australia. The company is developing the Kangankunde Rare Earth Project in southern Malawi, regarded as one of the world’s highest-grade and lowest-impurity carbonatite rare earth deposits, with grades up to 23.7% total rare earth oxide (TREO) and very low thorium and uranium content. Kangankunde is rich in the magnet rare earths neodymium and praseodymium (NdPr) used in permanent magnets for electric vehicles and wind turbines. As of 2026 the project is in commissioning, with first production targeted for the fourth quarter of 2026 following completion of the Stage 1 open pit, haul road and processing facilities. Lindian also holds bauxite interests in Guinea. The company’s market capitalisation has approached A$1.6 billion as Kangankunde transitions from explorer to near-term producer.
