About Pensana
Pensana Plc is a London-headquartered rare-earth company listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: PRE). Its flagship Longonjo project, in the Huambo district of Angola, lies near the Lobito Corridor railway and is designed to produce mixed rare earth carbonate (MREC) to be railed to the port of Lobito for export. Pensana is building the Longonjo mine, for which it said on September 25, 2026 that it now expects first production in late 2028, and is pursuing a U.S. mine-to-magnet strategy. It says it is optimizing its previously engineered Saltend separation design, first planned for Saltend near Hull, for deployment at the most operationally and commercially advantageous location. The company also holds the Coola exploration project in Angola.
