Leading Edge Materials Corp. is a Canadian critical-raw-materials company developing a portfolio of rare-earth and battery-mineral projects within the European Union, listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker LEM (also OTCQB: LEMIF and Nasdaq First North Stockholm: LEMSE). Its flagship is the 100%-owned Norra Karr Heavy Rare Earth Element project in southern Sweden, uniquely rich in dysprosium and terbium essential for EV motors and wind turbines, with the capacity to supply Europe’s entire annual dysprosium requirement plus meaningful terbium and yttrium. In June 2026, the company’s Swedish subsidiary GREENNA Mineral AB was granted a 25-year exploitation concession (mining lease) for Norra Karr, a major permitting milestone. Leading Edge also owns the fully built and permitted Woxna Graphite mine in central Sweden, capable of producing 10,000 tonnes of flake graphite concentrate annually at up to 94% carbon, and holds a 90% interest in the Bihor Sud nickel-cobalt exploration alliance in Romania.
