About Aclara Resources
Aclara Resources Inc. (TSX: ARA) is a rare-earths developer building a vertically integrated mine-to-magnet supply chain for the heavy rare earth elements used in permanent magnets. Aclara is advancing two ionic clay deposits that yield a mixed rare earth carbonate rich in heavy rare earths: its flagship Carina Project in Goias State, Brazil, and the Penco Module in the Biobio Region of Chile. Both projects use Aclara’s patented Circular Mineral Harvesting process, an energy-efficient method of extracting rare earths such as dysprosium and terbium from ionic clays. The company plans to construct a dedicated heavy rare earths separation facility in Louisiana, United States, with feedstock secured from Brazil and Chile and operations targeted by mid-2028. In June 2026 the Biobío Region’s environmental assessment commission approved the Penco Module for its first six years of mining; a second environmental assessment and sectoral permits are still required. Aclara is incorporated in British Columbia and listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange; its Annual Information Form dated March 18, 2026, gives a head office and registered office address in Lima, Peru.
