About ReElement
ReElement Technologies Corporation is a rare-earth and critical-mineral refining company based in Fishers, Indiana. It is an affiliate of American Resources Corporation (Nasdaq: AREC) and is not listed itself. ReElement operates a refining-first, multi-mineral, multi-feedstock platform using proprietary chromatographic separation to process recycled permanent magnets, lithium-ion batteries, mined ores, brines, and coal-based byproducts into high-purity separated rare-earth oxides and critical-mineral products. The company is building out a rare-earth and critical-mineral refining campus in Marion, Indiana, with a Phase 1 expansion of four production lines designed to exceed 16,000 metric tonnes per year of separated high-purity oxides, with initial production targeted for the third quarter of 2026. ReElement, which produces magnet elements such as neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium, and terbium, secured a $200 million strategic equity facility from Transition Equity Partners and is preparing for a potential standalone public listing in 2026.
