About Neo Performance Materials
Neo Performance Materials Inc. is a Toronto, Canada-headquartered rare earth processing and magnet company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: NEO), and one of the most vertically integrated rare earth players outside China. Founded in 1994, Neo operates across the mid- and downstream supply chain, producing magnetic powders, sintered and bonded rare earth magnets, magnetic assemblies, specialty chemicals, rare earth oxides, metals and alloys. The business is organized into three segments: Magnequench, Chemicals & Oxides, and Rare Metals. Neo runs a global manufacturing platform spanning Canada, Estonia, China, Germany, Thailand and the United Kingdom, with a research and development center in Singapore. The company has commissioned a sintered neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) permanent magnet plant in Narva, Estonia, to supply European automotive and industrial customers, and has commissioned a heavy rare earth separation line in Europe, advancing non-Chinese supply of neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and terbium magnet materials.
