About Energy Fuels
Energy Fuels Inc. (NYSE American: UUUU; TSX: EFR) is a leading U.S. producer of uranium, rare-earth elements and other critical minerals, headquartered in Lakewood, Colorado. The company owns and operates the White Mesa Mill in Utah, the only fully licensed and operating conventional uranium mill in the United States and the only U.S. facility licensed to process the naturally occurring radioactive materials found in many rare-earth ores. This infrastructure lets Energy Fuels produce separated rare-earth oxides, including neodymium-praseodymium (NdPr) and heavy rare earths such as dysprosium and terbium, from monazite feedstock. In 2025 the company began producing heavy rare-earth oxides at pilot scale, and in 2026 it secured a conditional commitment for up to $725 million in U.S. Department of War Office of Strategic Capital financing to expand its rare-earth and critical-minerals platform. Energy Fuels also produces uranium, vanadium and heavy mineral sands.
