About USA Rare Earth
USA Rare Earth, Inc. (Nasdaq: USAR) is a U.S.-based, vertically integrated rare-earth and critical-minerals company building a domestic ‘mine-to-magnet’ supply chain. Headquartered in Stillwater, Oklahoma, USA, the company owns a sintered neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) permanent-magnet production facility in Stillwater and the Round Top Heavy Rare Earth and Critical Minerals deposit in Hudspeth County, West Texas. In 2026 USA Rare Earth commissioned its commercial magnet production line (Phase 1a) and commenced commercial production, and in August 2026 it closed its acquisition of Texas Mineral Resources Corp., making it the sole operator and 100% economic beneficiary of Round Top. The Round Top deposit hosts heavy rare earths such as dysprosium, terbium and yttrium alongside lithium, gallium and other critical minerals, with production targeted for the late 2020s. The company has secured significant U.S. government and private funding to scale magnet output and reduce dependence on Chinese supply.
